The next addition to Living Equine’s Equestrian Profiles, is young gun Dallas Birt.

EQUESTRIAN QUICK TEN
1) What made you fall in love with horses?
Don’t know really, I have been riding as long as I can remember and I’ve always loved it.

2) How long have you been riding for?
Pretty much since I could hold myself in the saddle.

3) Have you done any Tertiary Education in horses?
Certificate III in Horse Husbandry at Tocal.

4) Have you broken any horses in yourself?
Yeah I’ve broken in a couple.

5) What are your greatest Equine Achievements?
Receiving the Pony Club NSW Keith Lowe Award for Volunteering at Pony Club.

6) What has been your deepest Equine low?
I haven’t really had any real low times yet.

7) What jobs have you been able to work with horses so far?
I’ve done a bit of work as a Stable Hand, a bit of work breaking racehorses, some farrier work, and a little bit of mustering on a farm.

8) What are your current Equine ambitions?
To break and train horses for a living.

9) What is your favourite movie?
Favourite horse related movie would be Australia.

10) Favourite accessory?
My hobble belt.
