Throughout the Horse History Series a few different places were referred to for information. I tried as hard as possible to write the information in my own words, however due to a lot of it being facts, it was obviously not possible to write it in anyway other way than that from where it was sourced. I hope you have all appreciated this Series for the Nag’s Natter Blog, and that you look forward to further blogs on Random Topics again.
The main place where I sourced my information for the Horse History Series was from a book by Nicolas Brasch, called Horses in Australia An Illustrated History. My blogs are only a short summary of the information found in this book, and there are also many pictures that can be found in this source for further information. I highly recommend reading this book on this subject matter.
Other sources included Britania.com, Australian Bushmen’s Campdraft and Rodeo Association, Australian Harness Racing, and all the sites credited for at the bottom of each post for Feature Images.
